Echockotee Lodge uses the LodgeMaster Unit Portal for all unit election scheduling. Each month during election season, the Unit Leader and Committee Chair will receive an email with a unique link to set up their election directly with their chapter’s elections team.
Not seeing the email? Check these common issues:
- It may have been sent to a different registered leader in your unit.
- Your contact info in Scoutbook could be outdated.
- You might have been opted out of lodge emails.
- The message could have been sent to spam.
If you still need your scheduling link, contact your Chapter Chief for assistance.
Units may hold one election per charter year to elect eligible youth (up to age 21) and recommend adults for Order of the Arrow membership.
All elections must be run by an Echockotee Lodge chapter elections team, and requests should be submitted at least 30 days in advance by the Unit Leader.
